Request
Message me on your preferred messenger (WhatsApp, Telegram) or submit a request on the site. Briefly describe which document you need and for which country.

Free initial discussion
We agree on the list of documents, the cost, and the timing. I explain in plain words how the process works and what you'll need.

Online session link
You receive a link to a secure video session. You'll need a stable internet connection, a camera, and a microphone — a phone or computer works.

Identity verification
Identity confirmation through a secure platform: passport, driver's license, or other ID, with credential analysis.

Signing the document
Signing takes place online in the notary's presence. I apply the electronic signature and seal and create the electronic notarial record.

Apostille / legalization
If needed, the document goes through apostille or consular legalization for use in another country. I take care of this step.

Document delivery
The finished document is sent electronically or delivered to the required country via reliable courier services.
