Vladyslava Trach provides nonlawyer document preparation and administrative document services. She is not a law firm and is not acting as the client's attorney.
Document preparation services may include typing, formatting, organizing, and completing factual fields in client-selected forms and documents using the information, choices, and specific instructions provided by the client.
Services may also include preparing documents for client review and signature, coordinating notarization, organizing attachments, and assisting with filing, recording, apostille, translation, or delivery when available.
Vladyslava Trach does not provide:
- legal advice
- legal opinions
- legal representation
- legal strategy
- advice concerning legal rights or remedies
- recommendations concerning a course of legal action
- selection of legal forms for the client
- court representation
- legal title examination
- immigration legal services
- estate-planning advice
Clients are responsible for:
- selecting or identifying the requested form or service
- providing complete and accurate information
- reviewing all completed documents
- approving all names, dates, addresses, legal descriptions, identification numbers, and other information
- determining whether legal advice is needed
- confirming filing, recording, court, agency, or recipient requirements
Notarization, apostille, filing, recording, translation, or delivery does not guarantee that a document will be accepted or produce a specific legal result.
Court fees, clerk fees, recording fees, government fees, process-serving fees, third-party search fees, courier fees, translation fees, and apostille fees are separate unless expressly included in the written service quote.
Use of this website, submission of a request, or payment for document preparation does not create an attorney-client relationship.
A website disclosure or online checkbox is not a substitute for any separate client acknowledgment or signed disclosure required before document preparation services begin.
